Did you know?: In 2022, the total losses reported to the FBI from remote access scams (also known as tech support scams) was $806 million.  This was an increase of over 230% and nearly half a billion dollars compared to 2021.  ​ 


When thinking about cyber safety, it’s important to think not only about protecting your employees and your company, but also your end users.  

This is an example where policy and education is critical – but not enough. For example, if you’re a customer support org, you can’t put all one-time callers in a security awareness training course.  

Establishing controls via technology helps compensate for human error​. In this module we’ll go over four examples of different attacks, and how you can use Rescue to protect your employees, end users and your organization.
