Setting Up Account Notifications

Did you know?: Breaches resulting from stolen or compromised credentials have the longest lifecycle to identify and contain of all breaches, taking an average 240 days to identify and another 88 to contain.

What are Account Notifications and why are they important?

Account Notifications, also known as real time alerts, send an email in real time when important events (that may include suspicious activity) occur in an account. They serve as an important check on actions taken by seemingly authorized users and can raise a red flag as soon as suspicious activity occurs.

Account Notifications in Rescue

To stay ahead of suspicious activity, Rescue can send notifications to the Master Account Holder. Set up notifications to immediately spot suspicious activity like:

  • Unsuccessful login attempt
  • Admin information changed
  • Technician information changed
  • Password changed
